Kathryn is the Office Manager at Steven Docker Associates, having joined us in 2021.
About Kathryn Rimmer
Kathryn has extensive experience in PA/secretarial roles having previously worked in this type of role for over 15 years, in Britain and overseas. She now works in our office in Holmes Chapel and, in 2023, was promoted to Office Manager, having previously assisted with secretarial duties for our Expert Witness Department. Her role includes supporting our experts by accurately typing and formatting Reports and Joint Statements, liaising with clients, secretaries and solicitors, digital audio and copy typing. Kathryn also works with our Design team typing site meeting notes, certificates, contract instructions, terms of engagement and correspondence and arranges various surveys.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your work?
“I have found my role at Steven Docker Associates to be very rewarding, knowing that the work we all do makes a big difference to our clients’ lives.”
What do you enjoy away from the office?
“I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my lovely English bulldog. I enjoy meals out and supporting my beloved football team – Wigan Athletic. I also have a passion for motorsport and going on holiday (and sometimes combine the two). I also like to go on cruises.”
