Steven Docker Associates Shortlisted for National LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025

We’re delighted to announce that Steven Docker Associates has been shortlisted for the LABC Building Excellence Awards Grand Finals 2025, following two regional wins in this year’s competition.

 

Our projects Oak Holt in Derbyshire and Boarers Farm in Kent have both been recognised at the regional level, earning a place on the shortlist for the national finals to be held in January 2026 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Oak Holt, Derbyshire – Best Individual New Home (East Midlands)

Boarers Farm, Kent – Best Conversion or Alteration to an Existing Home (South East)

The LABC Building Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the construction industry, recognising quality, innovation, and technical excellence in building projects that make a positive difference to communities across England and Wales.

Being named a regional winner, and now a national finalist, is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and collaborative approach of our team, clients, and project partners. We’re proud that our work continues to be recognised for its high standards of design, accessibility, and compliance.
