SDA is pleased to announce that our project by Alex Jones & Tom Docker has been awarded the LABC East Midlands Award for Best Individual New Home in 2025. The LABC Building Excellence Regional Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the construction industry, recognising quality, innovation and technical excellence in building projects that make a positive difference to communities across England and Wales.

Our project, Oak Holt in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, a fully accessible home for a client living with a spinal cord injury earned this award. The project was also shortlisted at the LABC Building Excellence Awards Grand Finals 2025.

SDA is pleased to announce that our project by Jonathan Collins & Greg Stanfield has been awarded the LABC South East Award for Best Conversion or Alteration to an Existing Home in 2025.

Our project, Boarers Farm in Swale, Kent, a fully accessible home for a client living with a brain injury and cerebral palsy earned this award. The project was also shortlisted at the LABC Building Excellence Awards Grand Finals 2025.
