Steven Docker Associates is pleased to announce that Greg Stanfield and Jonathan Collins have been shortlisted in the Residential Development category (South East Region) at the RICS UK Awards 2026.

The RICS UK Awards celebrate the most inspiring people, projects and innovations shaping the built and natural environments. They provide a prestigious platform to recognise excellence within the surveying profession and highlight the positive impact of the industry on communities across the UK.

The shortlisted project, Boarers Farm in Swale, Kent, is a carefully designed, fully accessible home for a client living with cerebral palsy. The scheme includes a hydrotherapy pool, a dedicated therapy room, and on-site accommodation for carers, alongside a range of sustainable design features that support long-term comfort and efficiency.

This latest recognition builds on the project’s earlier success as a regional winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025.

The South East regional winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Harbour Hotel, Guildford, on Friday 19^th June 2026. Winners from each region will then progress to the national grand final, taking place on Thursday 22^nd October 2026 at the Park Plaza, Westminster.
